Ashley Alcock
Country Manager
Ashley was raised in the Waikato, New Zealand, before moving abroad and living across Asia. He began his career in human resource consultancy in 2010 and joined the Adecco Group in 2013. With over 15 years of international experience across Australia and AsiaPacific, Ashley has held senior leadership positions in Hong Kong, Thailand, and Australia. Ashley combines his global experience and strong local understanding to effectively build high-performing sales teams and drive consistent, profitable growth for Adecco's clients in New Zealand.
Serving as Country Manager for New Zealand, Ashley leads a team of over 100 employees who support thousands of contract and temporary staff. His expertise lies in identifying growth market opportunities, managing strategic initiatives, and developing the sales team and company culture. He plays a key role in advancing Adecco New Zealand’s core offerings in Manufacturing, Civil & Construction, Supply Chain & Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Information Technology, and more.
Ashley holds a BA (Hons) in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and Human Resources, as well as an MBA in Behavioural Economics from Macquarie University. His research into workplace performance during the Covid-19 pandemic has contributed valuable insights into the productivity of remote work.

Margaret Danielson
Senior Business Manager – Supply Chain & Logistics
Born in Auckland, New Zealand, Margaret Danielson built a career rooted in service and leadership. After completing a School Certificate at Mangere College, she pursued diplomas in Travel and Tourism, as well as Business Management, setting the foundation for her professional journey.
With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Margaret held various roles in hotels, inflight catering, and at Auckland International Airport. These positions provided a deep understanding of customer service, operational management, and teamwork. Seeking new challenges, she transitioned into Adecco New Zealand, focusing on the Industrial, Logistics, and Manufacturing sectors, where she advanced to a Senior Manager role.
In this position, Margaret leveraged her extensive experience, mentoring colleagues and fostering a collaborative work environment. Her passion for guiding teams to success and sharing industry knowledge became key drivers in their career.

Shaun Lodge, armed with a degree in Bachelor of Commerce and Administration in Management, began his career in the FMCG sector. During his first 9 years in the industry, he developed strong management and operational skills that laid the foundation for his next chapter in recruitment. In 2017, Shaun joined Adecco New Zealand as a consultant, quickly applying his expertise to help drive success within the organization. His dedication and leadership saw him advance to his current role as Senior Manager - Manufacturing & Industrial in April 2024. With a background in manufacturing prior to her time at Adecco, she brings a wealth of hands-on industry experience to her role. Marisa joined Adecco in 2008 to lead the implementation of the Recruitment Centre Service model in Auckland.
Throughout her tenure, Marisa has taken on various leadership responsibilities, allowing her to develop a deep understanding of operational excellence and workforce management.
