Born in Auckland, New Zealand, Margaret Danielson built a career rooted in service and leadership. After completing a School Certificate at Mangere College, she pursued diplomas in Travel and Tourism, as well as Business Management, setting the foundation for her professional journey.

With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Margaret held various roles in hotels, inflight catering, and at Auckland International Airport. These positions provided a deep understanding of customer service, operational management, and teamwork. Seeking new challenges, she transitioned into Adecco New Zealand, focusing on the Industrial, Logistics, and Manufacturing sectors, where she advanced to a Senior Manager role.

In this position, Margaret leveraged her extensive experience, mentoring colleagues and fostering a collaborative work environment. Her passion for guiding teams to success and sharing industry knowledge became key drivers in their career.

Shaun Lodge, armed with a degree in Bachelor of Commerce and Administration in Management, began his career in the FMCG sector. During his first 9 years in the industry, he developed strong management and operational skills that laid the foundation for his next chapter in recruitment. In 2017, Shaun joined Adecco New Zealand as a consultant, quickly applying his expertise to help drive success within the organization. His dedication and leadership saw him advance to his current role as Senior Manager - Manufacturing & Industrial in April 2024. His experience in both operations and management allows him to effectively guide his team and build strong relationships with clients and candidates. Outside of work, Shaun’s passion for rugby and rugby league reflects his appreciation for teamwork and strategy, values that seamlessly translate into his professional life. His commitment to fostering talent and driving growth makes him a key asset to the Adecco team, where he continues to make a positive impact in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Mel is a dynamic professional with extensive background in retail management and recruitment. During her career as a successful store manager, Mel was recognised for driving operational excellence and enhancing customer experiences while managing large teams to achieve outstanding results. Mel then transitioned to the recruitment industry and began her career at Adecco, where her passion for people development and performance truly flourished. Now, in recruitment, Mel applies that leadership experience to help individuals unlock their full potential and excel in their careers. With a unique blend of management, training, and workforce development expertise, Mel is dedicated to creating strong teams and fostering growth.

Following his distinguished 10 year military career in the New Zealand army and setting up his own successful courier business, Tim Mackey joined Adecco New Zealand on 1st September 2008, bringing his strategic mindset and dedication to excellence into the corporate world. Over the past 16 years, Tim has advanced from a consultant to his current role as Senior Business Manager for Civil & Construction. In this leadership position, he guides a high-performing team across New Zealand, focusing on driving growth and implementing strategic initiatives. His military experience has equipped him with a strategic mindset and a commitment to excellence, allowing him to effectively identify talent and build strong relationships with clients and candidates. His journey reflects a passion for helping others find their ideal roles, making him a valuable asset to the team by helping achieve success for the Adecco organisation.

Tom is the Head of Permanent Recruitment for Aotearoa at Adecco, bringing a wealth of experience and a proven track record in executive recruitment. After a successful career with recruitment agencies in both the UK and Wellington, he specialises in sourcing top talent across construction, architecture, property, and C-suite roles. Tom is driven by a passion for connecting exceptional candidates with leading organisations, ensuring a seamless recruitment process marked by excellence. Known for his ability to build strong relationships, he delivers tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Tom's commitment to aligning talent with opportunity makes him an invaluable asset in driving success for businesses across Aotearoa.

Raj started with Adecco New Zealand in February 2023 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Auckland University and is a Chartered Accountant. He is strategic, self-motivated, and forward-thinking business leader with extensive experience in multidisciplinary business functions including finance and commercial across various industries, including 15 years in global supply chain management. Highly successful at forging strong partnerships with colleagues, stakeholders, and decision-makers, while cultivating a positive work culture that promotes efficiency, high performance, and profitability.

Aaru joined Adecco in 2024 and is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across diverse industries, including health, retail, IT, manufacturing, and distribution. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner, Aaru has a proven track record of aligning people strategies with business goals to drive organisational growth. Her expertise encompasses employment law, organisational development, learning and development, talent acquisition, and employee wellbeing.

Aaru is passionate about fostering inclusive workplaces and enhancing employee potential. She has successfully implemented strategic HR initiatives, advised on complex employee relations matters, and contributed to building resilient teams in unionised and non-unionised settings. Holding advanced qualifications in global management and innovation, Aaru combines strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to deliver impactful results.

Alice is a seasoned Payroll Manager with over 10 years of experience in global payroll, finance, and systems management. Specialising in international payroll processes, Alice has successfully overseen complex payroll operations across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with diverse tax regulations and local labor laws. With a strong background in finance and payroll systems, Alice is adept at streamlining payroll workflows and implementing efficient technologies to enhance accuracy and timeliness. Known for leadership in cross-functional collaboration, Alice works closely with HR, finance, IT and marketing teams to optimise payroll solutions and resolve discrepancies. Passionate about driving continuous improvement, Alice stays ahead of industry trends to maintain best practices across global payroll operations.

With 17 years of recruitment experience across diverse industry sectors, she has honed her expertise at Adecco in various roles, culminating in her current position on the Senior Management Team. Her focus is on training, onboarding new staff, and upskilling existing colleagues, ensuring the team is equipped to excel. She is passionate about making the future work for everyone and is committed to making a positive impact on people's lives, leading our various DE&I initiatives including the Accessibility Tick. Her dedication to fostering talent and enhancing workplace experiences drives her approach to recruitment and team development.

Gene Arrojado is a seasoned finance professional with over 18 years of experience at Adecco, specialising in data analysis and reporting. Recognised for his ability to transform complex information into clear, actionable insights, Gene consistently delivers impactful results with a strong focus on clarity and efficiency. With a strategic mindset and results-driven approach, he excels at developing simple, high-quality solutions. With over 17 years in the industry, Marisa is passionate about creating safe, compliant, and productive workplaces. Her commitment to the wellbeing of Adecco colleagues and workers is instrumental in maintaining a strong health & safety culture across the business.

With a background in manufacturing prior to her time at Adecco, she brings a wealth of hands-on industry experience to her role. Marisa joined Adecco in 2008 to lead the implementation of the Recruitment Centre Service model in Auckland.

Throughout her tenure, Marisa has taken on various leadership responsibilities, allowing her to develop a deep understanding of operational excellence and workforce management. Her disciplined approach ensures that multiple teams across different functions remain aligned while keeping health & safety at the core of Adecco’s operations.
