With over 17 years in the industry, Marisa is passionate about creating safe, compliant, and productive workplaces. Her commitment to the wellbeing of Adecco colleagues and workers is instrumental in maintaining a strong health & safety culture across the business. With a background in manufacturing prior to her time at Adecco, she brings a wealth of hands-on industry experience to her role. Marisa joined Adecco in 2008 to lead the implementation of the Recruitment Centre Service model in Auckland. Throughout her tenure, Marisa has taken on various leadership responsibilities, allowing her to develop a deep understanding of operational excellence and workforce management. Her disciplined approach ensures that multiple teams across different functions remain aligned while keeping health & safety at the core of Adecco’s operations.
