Role Summary: The ADMS Technical Lead at Hantt & Co is a pivotal role that combines technical leadership, delivery management, and client management responsibilities. This position is integral to driving our consultancy's impact in the ADMS and OT landscape. You will support the delivery team, manage client engagements, and ensure the successful execution of complex projects. With a strong emphasis on OT system integration - particularly with GE PowerOn - you will leverage your expertise in scripting languages, system integration, and project management to exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Integration: Provide technical expertise in integrating and optimising OT systems, particularly ADMS with GE PowerOn, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Technical Solutions: Deliver high-quality technical solutions for complex projects such as OMS, NMS, APRS, and DPF, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Scripting and Automation: Utilize your proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) to automate workflows and improve system performance.
  • Linux and Database Proficiency: Apply your expertise in Linux environments and database management to support efficient system integration and operation.
  • Project Delivery: Support the successful execution of projects by collaborating closely with project managers and technical teams to meet timelines and deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Contribute to maintaining high standards by participating in rigorous testing, validation, and quality assurance processes.
  • Client Engagement: Work directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency.
  • Innovation: Recommend and implement innovative technologies and practices to improve project outcomes and operational efficiencies.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to their implementation, ensuring continuous advancement in service delivery.
  • Skill Growth: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to bring value to the organisation and its clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, providing guidance and technical support as needed to foster a cohesive and innovative work environment.
  • Demonstrating Leadership: Exhibit strong initiative, problem-solving abilities, and reliability to deliver high-quality results and position yourself as a trusted leader within the organisation.
  • Strategic Alignment: Play a key role in driving projects that align with Hantt & Co's strategic vision, demonstrating your ability to influence and lead critical initiatives.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • A relevant bachelor's degree or higher, or a minimum of years' relevant experience in OT system integration, specifically with ADMS (GE PowerOn).
  • Exceptional leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
  • Highly collaborative, with a keen interest in working with cross-functional teams.
  • Innovative thinker, with a focus on continuous improvement and technological advancement.
  • In-depth familiarity with Linux, databases, server setup, and scripting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex projects like OMS, NMS, APRS and DPF.
  • Strong software development background, with extensive experience in project management and system integration.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
